11 oz. Süzme Yogurt (you can substitute it by greek yoghurt)1 garlic glove
1/2 cucumber
4 fl.oz. milk
Salt
Pepper
Chili flakes
at one´s pleasure: dried mint, fresh parsley
Preparation
Chop the cucumber into small pieces, crush the garlic and chop the herbs.
Mix into yohurt and add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish it with the chili flakes.
It´s also delicious with Lahmacun.
