Cacık (English version)

This dip tastes good with Lahmacun, Köfte, Kebab and whatnot but its also delicious with fresh pita bread.

Cacık                              

11 oz. Süzme Yogurt (you can substitute it by greek yoghurt)
1 garlic glove
1/2 cucumber
4 fl.oz. milk 

Salt
Pepper
Chili flakes
at one´s pleasure: dried mint, fresh parsley

Preparation

Mix yoghurt and milk in a bowl.

Chop the cucumber into small pieces, crush the garlic and chop the herbs.
Mix into yohurt and add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish it with the chili flakes. 

It´s also delicious with Lahmacun.
