9 oz. ground lamb (In Turkey they normally use lamb but you can also cook it with beef and whatnot.)

3 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp ground cumin
black pepper
1-2 pinches chili flakes
1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
1/2 cucumber

How to do it:
For the dough mix yeast with sugar and a little bit of water. Pour a pinch of salt, flour and the yeast in a bowl. Add the water bit by bit and knead together to a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let the dough proof in a warm place for about 45 minutes until doubled its size.Peel the onions and wash 2 tomatoes. Rasp both with a grater. Clean the pepper and cut it fine. Peel the garlic, wash the parsley and cut it fine aswell. Mix the prepared ingredients with ground lamb, oil and pepper- and tomato paste. Flavor with thyme, cumin, black pepper, salt, chili and paprika powder.
Wash and clean 4 tomatoes and the cucumber, peel the onions and slice it fine.
Split the dough into 10-12 pieces. Roll out every piece circularly (ca. 7 in Ø). Put it on a baking paper staffed griddle. Spread with some of the lamb ground paste. Bake it in the preheated oven (Up-and-bottom heat: 392°F) for 10 minutes.
Take it out and work up the rest of the dough pieces in turn.
Garnish it with the prepared ingredients. (You can also garnish it with salad or anything else you like.)
It tastes delicious with Cacık.
