Heydari - Feta cheese spread

Heydari

Ingredients:

2 1/4 c Süzme (turkish yoghurt)
17 oz. Beyaz Peyniz (turkish feta cheese)
1 bunch pf parsley
Salt, Black Pepper
Olive Oil
At one´s pleasure: 1-2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

Mash the feta cheese with a fork, add the yoghurt and mix it up.

Mince the parsley, crush the garlic and add it to the yoghurt. Mix in the oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish it with parsley and olive oil and let it simmer in the fridge for about a day.
